What is our tariff?
Up to April 1 2008 (exclusive), our tariff is AUD 325 per night per suite including a full cooked breakfast in the Dining Room. This is also inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Are there minimum night stays?
With the exception of major events such as Barossa Under The Stars or Barossa Vintage Festival and long weekends, Abbotsford Country House do not demand minimum night stays. However, there are special deals available that make a multiple night stay more attractive!

Cancellation policy
The following booking and cancellation policy applies to bookings taken directly by Abbotsford Country House:
Booking and Confirmation Conditions:
A single night booking is only guaranteed as confirmed if total payment is made by credit card within 48 hours of booking.
A multiple night or package booking is only guaranteed as confirmed if 50% of total cost is made by credit card within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellation Conditions:
If a booking is cancelled, the full amount of the value of the booking prior to cancellation, less any deposit paid will be chargesd. Payments will be retained if the cancelled booking is not re-booked either to another party or a credit is accepted by the person cancelling the booking for a later date.

Other terms and conditions
Abbotsford Country House has a no smoking policy in all buildings. We provide smokers with an ashtray to use on any of our verandahs.
Other terms & conditions:
* All rates are room and full breakfast for two adultsonly unless otherwise specified.
* Abbotsford does not accommodate children under 12. Bookings for children over the age of 12 are taken at our discretion and are treated at the adult rate.
* In the case of any damage, either accidental or malicious, carried out by a guest, or others who are friends, relatives or guests of a guest, the guest is liable for the full value of the cost to make good any damage.
Complimentary Inclusions: petanque and croquet, morning newspapers and off street parking
